Our leadership support services and programs bring together the professional modalities of consulting, coaching, and teaching for executives and senior leaders.
This work includes strategic, operational, and personal support, based on the current and evolving needs of each leader and the system they are a part of.
Growth-focused, traction-oriented, and experience-designed
All of our leadership support engagements include a Trusted Advisor Lead, Program or Project Manager, and access to our team of Senior Consultants and Coaches.
While there are a few ways for us to get started, below is a typical journey for the impact-conscious leaders we have been supporting.
Current-State Impact Assessments
A great first step is to establish a current understanding of your leadership impact - individually or as a team - by exploring the alignment between how leaders see themselves and how others are (truly) experiencing them.
Our discovery activities (e.g. interviews, 360°s, workshops) are designed to be agile, inclusive, and actionable. This approach enables us to gain a more intimate understanding of leadership through the stories, perspectives, and feedback of those experiencing it.
Meaningful Impact Plans
Informed by the meaningful feedback leaders have received from different categories of relationship, our Trusted Advisors can now help to create personalized impact plans that include developing new levels of awareness, skill, and capacity.
At this point, leaders -individuals and teams - have a few different pathways for moving this work along with our trusted advisors - ongoing 'traction' and check-in rhythms, project- or initiative-based support, shareable team support, and more.
Conscious Use of Power
In our field of work, all roads connect back to power and leadership. So, the desired impact of our leadership support work is to change (for the better) the way leaders operationalize their power.
This means we care about feedback, accountability, and traction (ensuring meaningful change happens). Working closely with impact-conscious leaders, this work can be weaved into existing projects and priorities, improving ways of working, and deepening connection and trust across the business.
