User-generated content policy
You may post submissions on this site that are accessible to third parties outside your Organization and/or provide content directly to The Ally Co., both of which may include reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, ideas, questions, or other user generated content (collectively, and any portion thereof, the “User Generated Content”), so long as such User Generated Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or any form of spam. If applicable, The Ally Co. reserves the right (but is not obliged) to remove any User Generated Content that does not comply with the foregoing, but does not review User Generated Content regularly.
By making available any User Generated Content, you grant The Ally Co. an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, license to publish, reproduce, modify, sub-license, distribute and otherwise use (“Use”) any such User Generated Content in any manner that The Ally Co. deems appropriate. You further release The Ally Co., its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, consultants, representatives and agents (the “The Ally Co. Parties”) from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of or relating to your User Generated Content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Generated Content and represent and warrant that: (a) you are either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Generated Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to The Ally Co. the rights in such User Generated Content as contemplated herein; (b) no infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, will occur as a result of the User Generated Content, your accessing, posting, submission or transmittal of the User Generated content, or The Ally Co.’s Use of the User Generated Content; and (c) no payments of any kind shall be due to any third party, whether a copyright owner or an agent thereof, for any Use made of the User Generated Content.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in The Ally Co.’s Privacy and Data Collection Policy, User Generated Content shall be considered non-confidential and The Ally Co. is under no obligation to treat such User Generated Content as proprietary information.

The Ally Co. authorizes you to view, copy and print documents published by us on this site for non-commercial use within your home or organization only. In consideration of this authorization, you agree that any copy of these documents shall retain all copyright and proprietary notices contained at the bottom of each page.
