Leadership can be lonely at times. Our leadership collaboration services and programs bring together the professional modalities of consulting, coaching, and training for new leaders, senior leaders, and executives.
This work includes strategic, operational, and individual support, based on the current and evolving needs of each leader and the system they are a part of.
Designed for collaboration, growth, and traction
All of our leadership collaboration engagements include a Lead Trusted Advisor, Program or Project Administrator, and access to our team of Senior Consultants, Coaches, and support roles.
While there are a few ways for us to get started, below is a typical journey for the impact-conscious leaders we have been working with.
Impact Assessments (360°s)
A great first step is establishing a current (and full) understanding of your impact on others by exploring the alignment between how you believe you are showing up, and how others are experiencing you.
While we have a great 360° feedback tool that explores meaningful competencies across a range of different relationships, we also facilitate interviews (persona mapping), ethnographic observation, and other discovery activities to generate deeper insight and learning.
Meaningful Feedback Loops
Unlike most feedback tools and processes, our impact assessments are not anonymous. We believe feedback is an investment in relationship - paramount to deepening connection and trust - so we focus on helping people to develop awareness and skill in the art of feedback.
Our engagements include varying levels of information and learning for both feedback requestors and providers. This includes spending time with feedback requestors to make sense of the feedback they have received - being conscious of biases and assumptions - and supporting them with next steps.
Development Plans
At this point, leaders have a few different pathways for moving this work forward - some will seek to clarify or deepen their understanding on specific feedback, while others will hone in on an area they would like to focus their development on.
Either way, they will receive support in the form of accountability and traction from a Trusted Advisor and/or Coach (e.g. regular check-ins, project-based support, personalized coaching, team-based support, and more). This, to ensure that the meaningful growth they are after, gets prioritized and attained.
